The source is the video. I found a news story about the event, but it was cringey, so I decided the video spoke for itself.
He's talking about what the 12-year-old said to the My Pillow Guy in the video.
You know it's bad when the 12 year old is the one to go "Actually you know what, this conversation isn't going to go anywhere productive," and chooses to disengage.
That kid has so much patience to stand there and listen to that fountain of bullshit.
