Wait... So these prefecture/city mascots actually exist? I thought that was just a trope. So does that mean Kamurocho actually has a bunny mascot named Kamulop? ๐Ÿค”

Kamurocho isn't a real place, so no.

It's based on Kabukicho, which is a red-light district. But I wouldn't be surprised to find out it has a mascot. The Japanese really love their mascots.
