Calorie counting and eating enough protein.

I lost a load of weight once (4 stone) and I would say those were the main things that helped, but still very difficult.

I had some dumbass neighbor who was a β€œlife coach” and he told me to stop counting calories. He also wore those weird β€œshoe gloves” with individual toes and his wife left him. Not one to take advice from imo.
