Good morning all!

We may be anonymous strangers on the internet, but we have one thing in common. We may be a world apart, but we’re here together!

Welcome to the 24 hour pledge! I’m pledging myself to not drinking today, and invite you to do the same.

Maybe you’re new to c/stop drinking and have a hard time deciding what to do next. Maybe you’re like me and feel you need a daily commitment or maybe you’ve been sober for a long time and want to inspire others.

It doesn’t matter if you’re still hung over from a three day bender or been sober for years, if you just woke up or have already completed a sober day. For the next 24 hours, let’s not drink alcohol! We may be anonymous strangers on the internet, but we have one thing in common. We may be a world apart, but we’re here together!

I'm doing date night with the missus and I've designated myself the driver. IWNDWYT!

Day 3 again, probably for the third time since end of 2023. I'm doing propaganda and continue teaching myself about alcohol with Annie Grace challenge.

I will finish this month, a month has always been somewhat easy, it's the after 30 days that become harder so I am looking at boxing clubs in my area to get my dopamine by hitting things.

I’m late but that’s because I’m sick and I slept in, but I’m sober! And will continue to be

Urgh, sorry you're sick, hope you feel better soon!

I find being ill is easier with sobriety - no negotiating hangovers or booze or how to get booze on top of everything else.
