Oh, that's a title that has very different meaning in the US.

Never heard about this. I don't think the devs have heard about this either (I've lived in the US and this is the first time I've heard about the Green Book in this context).

A movie about this by the name of "Green Book" was made in 2018. It received five Oscars (including "Best Picture"), so anyone who likes cinema will know.
