It's a little sad that we need to actually say this, but:

Don't be an asshole or you will be permanently banned.

Respectful debate is totally OK, criticizing a product is fine, but being verbally abusive will not be tolerated.

Focus on discussing the idea, not attacking the person.

As a reminder, because of the lack of operable pedals, this isn't strictly legal as a Class 2 ebike in California and other jurisdictions using the same classification system. And to Razor's credit, they don't claim that this is legal for street operation and only recommend this for 18+.

That said, many legal ebikes have more power and speed, and can legally be marketed towards children. To that end, it's reasonable for parents to seek a tame two-wheeler for their adolescent or teenage child that won't break the bank. So I would understand if some buy this after their child outgrows their Power Wheels ride-on toy.

From the estimated range of 11 miles (18 km) and max speed of 15.5 mph (25 kph), even if this were street-legal, it would mostly be for neighborhood jaunts, like to the park or convenience store. For anything beyond that, consider buying dear child a Class 1/2 ebike from a local bike store.
