What a joke. It’s like they were scrapping the bottle of the barrel looking for an excuse to reject it. Put up a pedestrian barrier up on the road ride and call it a day.

That was the owners original plan but decided to go with moon dog.

Pelligra had initially expected to develop apartments and office space on the 1000-square-metre site, but last year said it felt Moon Dog’s proposal was a “perfect fit” following Cozzo’s departure.
