Does playing music to animals make it less valuable? Is art only judged by who appreciates it?

Weighing art based on an unrelated audience is weird and not something many other people seem to understand. You're unique. I'm sorry that you can seem to appreciate beauty if "those people" are also enjoying it.

Yep, it's a really stupid take. If your worst enemy likes strawberry ice-cream, does that stop it from tasting good?
