Biden is anything but silent.

He's full on supporting a genocidal maniac.

They're not really silent, they are threatening sanctions against the ICC, have come out strongly against the request for warrants, have clarified that killing Gazan civilians cannot be equated to killing Israeli civilians, and are considering inviting Netanyahu to speak to Congress in defiance of the rule of law. I suppose that's silence maybe?

To be fair I think it was the GOP that invited Netanyahu.

It was never a red line, more like a gray line meant to appease anyone not following the issue very closely.
