Luckily Lemmy is very lightweight, but pretty much all the big instances have had issues and most have quickly upgraded their hardware.

This is so cool to see! Arguably more relevant data would be daily active users and posts per day, rather than totals of all time. That way we can see the fluctuation day to day and get a better sense of who is just coming here and who is staying here

Insane growth. Will be interesting to see how many of those continue to be active and actual users.

Reddit has around 55 million daily users and 430 million users who login once/month. It's a drop in the bucket compared to them, but it's good to build a viable alternative.
