It’s not gambling, it’s a game of skill. At least, that’s what they’ll tell any gaming commissioners that may show up.

One could absolutely consistently win that. Get your coin on that inside edge and just do quick short back and forth swings so it just slides then falls on the next area down to minimize bouncing. I won a lot of tacos that way.
