Well no one person leads to a teams success, it has to be the the right team at the right place at the right time.
I am a big fan of Redbull and Max Verstappen, but to me even though I grant him and his team success which they have earned through blood sweat and tears, the current domination, like Schumacher, Vettel, Hamilton and now Verstappen, a bit overwhelming.
So a shake up in the current order will be amazing. Not sure if 2026 will be the year for the shake up but if I were a betting man my biased money would be on a certain team winning this year and next year if things don't change to much.
But well done Newey, all the best in your new venture, may it bring you challenges and intellectual fulfillment.
