Yep. Dad Duggar (who was a state senator!) is in the background holding a baby and incest pedo Duggar is in the red shirt standing next to him.

Actually this is kind of more horrifying as, judging from the ages of everyone, this would have been right around the time one of his first instances of incestuous groping or fingering would have occured, and the victims are in this image too.

And now I need to go wretch and vomit.
