The billionaire would have a ruthless middle manager kill everyone then report back. They can’t soil their brains with thoughts and decisions and moral accountability.
Just let the orphan crushing machine handle everything and quit asking questions.
Regular people: "Wait, why send trolleys to space? Why not use rockets? They're much better at that and we already know how to make them."
