This is more of a neoclassical meme. It is in the style of an antique, but has features of newer memes (beans, bottom text). Not quite modern, since the joke is a bit dated. If I had to estimate the age I would say it’s from around 2019-2020.

Beautiful analysis of the memes origin. I concede I did create the meme originally on September 4th, 2021. I aim to inspire interesting discussion on what exactly is an antique meme. This one is not as old as many of the memes on this page, though a similar style. That being said, wouldn't one agree that once a meme, and by extension, a joke has run its course it has already become an antique in a way. The meme has aged well past it's prime and is now only desirable to those who seek to relive the humor of the past, no matter how in the past it would happen to be from. Thanks for prompting such philosophical thought good sir!
