Have always had a huge soft spot for Neocities, happy to see it getting some time in the news.

I made this dumb game years ago and it somehow is just still there, being a weird HTML game on Neocities.

Is there an actual reason beyond nostalgia for this? Not that there’s anything wrong with that but I’m personally not that nostalgic for geocities.

Uh, growing up with it? That's like asking why there's nostalgia for bug juice, really anything you interacted with as a kid could be a source of nostalgia
