My heart goes out to you. The climate extremes are going to make that even worse. The only comfort i get is when the head of Security for the rich in their bunkers they have built to ride out social collapse. Tosses them out on their ass and take over the bunker. Cause their money no longer means anything. How sad is that?

Gen X: Entering into adulthood expecting the best, gets fucked by low paying jobs & runaway housing and healthcare costs

Millennials: Entering into adulthood with some worries but paid all that money for college to prevent getting fucked by all that stuff Gen X got fucked by, gets fucked by all that stuff + student loans

Zoomers: Entering into adulthood with record anxiety and depression, no idea what strategy they are going to try to use to avoid all this but I hope it's eat the rich

If you don't count any system that is predicated on the degree of exploited labor (underpaid/overworked, child labor, and slavery) Then yeah, a functioning economic system hasn't ever been seen in U.S. history... not really compatible as there will always be exploited labor under capitalism.
