I wholeheartedly agree! I find myself putting jalapeños on all kinds of foods, as it’s a mild pepper with lots of great flavor!

One I just recently discovered is spaghetti.. it should have been obvious. I'm a big fan of Rao's arrabbiata sauce. Been adding red pepper flakes to it for a while, but the extra crunch and little bit of heat of fresh diced jalapenos is awesome

It makes total sense. Bell peppers are prominent in Italian food, and a jalapeño is just a spicy bell pepper!

I love spicy food and routinely have spicier pepper in my food, but for whatever reason sliced jalapenos really mess with me and often trigger hiccups. Not sure why
