This only suggests it may help. The evidence is very weak and inconsistent.

The only reliable effect is liver damage.

It's promoted by crooks and charlatans. So most manufacturers and retailers are not vetted or monitored, so you have no way of knowing your getting the actual product. Testimonials are almost always positive because people don't think their stupid enough to buy defective products. They don't like to admit they've been scammed.

If it worked it would be an approved medication that medical professionals routinely prescribe.

Yups it does. I take it every few days because cycling makes sure it doesn’t get any addictive effects. It keep my mind a bit more relaxed / less anxious. I worry a bit less about stuff. For woman trying to get pregnant it is not advised to use because it could have an affect. If you have any questions let me know
