I drive a lot and motion sickness doesn’t seem to bug me. But holy hell dude I was playing yesterday for the first time I had the craziest motion sickness I thought it was gonna be the end of me. U guys have any remedies besides taking a break. Cuz trust me I am.

I get horrible motion sickness from some games, especially games that involve "walking" around. unfortunately there isnt much you can do. Sitting down may help but it doesnt help me.

your brain sees things movind and thinks you should be moving and since your body doesnt tell your brain you are moving you get sick about it.

When driving your body sends the right feedback to prevent motion sickness.

I get it once in a while. Lag/low framerate/jitter can cause it, for me the big one is if I try to do a banked turn while flying and turn my head to look into it, my inner ear says something isn't right here. Sometimes you have to let go of tracking your spatial awareness.
