Sovereign citizens need to stop using my fucking roads my taxes pay for.

I'm conflicted about it because their blatantly fake plates attract the attention of traffic cops and they take WAY longer to process while they monologue about insane shit, so it increases the odds of me not getting caught speeding

Just don't speed. Please. (reasonably)

If anything, it keeps the cops from harassing or killing people.

Another way not to get caught speeding is by not speeding. Leads to a lower risk to get into an accident too, so it's a win win.

SovCits saw Parks and Rec and thought "I am Ron Swanson now, this is my thing" and never watched the bit with his redemption arc.

The cops are being very difficult.

That's the understatement of the century.

I think the cop in this post is doing an absolute stellar job here, being polite and patient with an utterly insane loony nutcake, foaming at the mouth “You knowww nurrthing Imma statuhhh Nachonallll”

In this episode, a sovereign citizen learns about the existence of police.

Asking a cop if they’re 100% following the law is hilarious. Cops are not lawyers, and I don’t even think lawyers would honestly affirm yes to that question.
