I was wondering what to do for this, when an old co-worker hit me up asking me if i could make banana cream pudding cupcakes for her, so now i know what i am gonna do! I probably wont be able to knock these out until Sunday, but i am super excited to actually have someone reach out to me and ask me to bake them something!
