I just did a 5 km run at -5°C, and this worked pretty well. Previously with the unmodified neck tube, my glasses fogged up and I couldn't get enough air.

This thing is amazing. I have the exact same problem but it never occurred to me that I should design a Hannibal Lector mask to run in.

I have a problem with not being able to smoke while I’m running wearing these so this is a lifesaver!

you know you can get anti-fog stuff for your glasses AND keep your mouth/nose warm, right?
