Yikes, imagine being that person that called in sick
Imagine being his or her manager that doesn't have a contingency or cross trained staff.
Oh yeah no exactly haha I’d hate to hear me calling in sick impacted everyone in Sydney because my manager and team couldn’t pick up the slack while I was out
I don't think it's the sick staff member that is getting in trouble tomorrow
I would be asking for a hefty pay rise tomorrow.
This will be a good case study for key dependency risk for many moons.
This is what happens when you try too hard to minimise costs, because extra signal staff aren't need 99% of the time, they don't have any to save costs, but the 1% where they are needed everything fucked up
Let's go to the Winchester, have a nice cold pint, and wait for this all to blow over.
Why did they stop making these awesome films together? Not fair.
