What the hell is he talking about? Spending 2% of our gdp for defence this year? Can that moron not read a calendar? (obviously not): The year has only just started. And even if we don't: we didn't agree on paying the difference to Mr Trump.
The number is probably the added up deficits on military spending throughout the years NATO exists.
But where will he source his next whore?
