I'll bet it's because of the sanctions on Russia and the spot light trump brought to all of their bullshit. No one wants to fund them as much as they used to.

Sounds like pay cuts and lay offs for Republicans, which if my notes are accurate, are run by Republicans who are fiscally conservative. The clearly can't run themselves so why should they have a chance to tell others how to live?
