I really haven't been engaging because someone replies to a remark or asks me something and I have no idea.

No. You've to manually click the notification icon

The symbol is misplaced too. It is not easy to tap with the right thumb 🫤

Same here, I even think Liftoff has no notification button.. 😅

It's the bell in the top left of the home screen, I too believed that to be the case until I was told otherwise. Like I'm doing for you! :)

If you’re using Memmy or wefwef, there’s a number that pops up on the inbox icon showing how many messages you have. Pretty sure push notifications haven’t been enabled yet though. Thunder has an inbox as well but no indicator for new messages or how many.
