A random dude is poking holes in presumably Jesus \s
After his resurrection, Jesus appeared to his apostles, but Thomas wasn't among them. So when they told him about it he didn't believe them saying that he will only believe it if he gets to touch Jesus's wounds.
So Jesus appears before him and makes him touch his wounds to show him that he has indeed returned from the dead. The painting is about that.
It's where we get the phrase "Doubting Thomas" from.
is that project brutality?
Precisely!
Is it real painting?
Yes, it is called "The Incredulity of Saint Thomas" (Caravaggio)
Why is the gentleman fingering his chrussy
How usable is dwl currently? I remember trying it out a while ago, and it was somewhat meh...
It just works, but i have to admit it gave me some headaches trying to explore the avaliable patches. Not all patches work and you might have issues after applying and compiling
Reminds me of dwm actually; should be generally fine then :) Guess I'll give it another try; tnx!

dots?
also what's the bar?
It is somebar but with the "markup-in-status-messages" patch in the contrib/ directory. Gives you color output using html/css properties, if i'm not mistaken. I'll have to update my github for this post
looks great! love the pixel font. I should switch from dwm to dwl someday
