The article also talks about the release of the italian voting results. Apparently they weren't the actual results, but then what were those results? The results they had hoped for or what?

Wie RAI am Freitag in einer Pressemitteilung betonte, hätte es sich um einen technischen Fehler und zudem nicht um die tatsächlichen Ergebnisse gehandelt.
