I have successfully removed my old mattress from the bed, moved it close to the front door to easily pop outside for the recycling people, put the new box mattress on the bed and managed to flip it up the right way. Which was a bit harder than expected. Turns out when they recommend using two people, it's for a reason.

Was that a mattress delivered in a box? Had similar challenges when I bought my one bed mattress.

Yes it was, a Sleeping Duck. It seems so simple... It had better be comfy because I'm keeping it regardless.

They're godamn amazing, love mine. 3 years old and still great. previous brand new sleepyhead POS was already nearly unsleepable at this age

It sure is! I wanted an eco as possible mattress. Coconut fiibre and wool etc weigh loads more than acrylic muck.
