Ahhh shit, I think I really did something to my neck last night. Left side hurts like a mf, more than yesterday. Not really sure how to soothe it, I've never pulled something in my neck like this before. Of course it's got to be on the weekend...
F. happens to me sometimes, tweak something in there by a seemingly random short movement and it seizes up. usually takes a couple of days to settle down.
no idea what causes it or how to fix it, hope this helps
I guess I should've read the release notes for the mid 30s edition of this body
they definitely pushed neck to PROD without a full round of testing
currently fumbling around for a hotfix, teaches me to get too excited about updates
