Because I let someone who was going to otherwise be homeless rent a room for well below market? Damn
Don’t let it bother you, most of the people here are incredibly entitled and think everything should be free and donated to them for no effort in exchange. This isn’t to say that I agree with landlords gouging people- property should be fairly valued, but I will say that their arguments defending their entitlement show a complete lack of understanding the definition of the word “nuance.”
