Not my field of expertise but can you replace just the fan? Might be cheaper than the graphics if you suspect damage and subsequent overheating. Then if issues persist it's possibly something else

Not my area of expertise either, it looks like it is possible. Voids the warranty, apparently, and I'll need to redo the thermal paste at the same time. I've redone my CPU thermal paste before and although I hate it and probably don't do it very well, it still worked afterwards. Although I'm not sure if GPU fans are soldered or not. If they are that'd way beyond my level of technical skill and I'd have to take it to a shop

A GPU upgrade has been on the cards for a while now, but stalled because the people at centrecom said I wouldn't notice any performance increase with an upgraded GPU as it'd still be bottlenecked by my mobo and to a lesser extent my CPU. I might look at upgrading GPU anyway and worry about bottlenecks later

Ah sorry didn't even think about warranty. Thought you built it

Nah, this one's a pre-built from scorptec. Honestly not sure the GPU would still be under warranty, I got it a while ago

If something ever happens to this one you might be able to get a low cost computer from Computerbank

Edit: They have secondhand parts for sale too
