I remember vividly the moment I failed a quest because I made the npc wait for too long and thinking "this game is one of a kind". It does take a while to get used to, but it certainly has its charm.

Or getting a "quest failed" because you told an NPC "we'll meet up later" instead of "we'll travel there together", and see his unarmed ass getting pounded into the ground by a group of bandits camping along the road. ๐Ÿ˜‚
