Circular saw can do what you need.
A length of angle iron(you could use a straight piece of wood) clamped to the piece you are cutting can do the long straight cuts.
If you can fit a 4x8 of foam insulation, you can cut on top of that and the foam will last a while before it needs replacement so long as you don't go cutting all the way through it like a dummy.
