That looks pretty close to an actual Kansas plate.

Yeah. If real, weird to get a personalized plate despite being a sovcit and thinking you're outside the government's reach. If fake, I feel like this could get dangerously close to forgery. Even for a state issued item that might get into federal charges.

If you’re sovcit why acknowledge the state of Kansas? Unless this is forgery in an attempt to avoid traffic stops.

I'd be the one to try stupid shit for a personalized plate to see what gets through, so the plate could be a joke. My state requires an explanation for these and I can totally see "I'm an army private" as the explanation here...
