The company warned in January that sales growth could be "notably lower" in 2024 as it comes a successful 2023 fueled by price cuts.

The real reason is probably China.

China is Tesla's biggest market. With all this talk about sanctioning Chinese companies, China is discouraging their people from buying American stuff, like Tesla or Apple. They are also cheaper than Teslas. I think it was ford that dropped the price on their EV and it started selling again. Who knew ppl don't have premium car money?
