Imaginary_Remote: Helldivers 2 has been known to brick computers that run amd. It's not very common but it's happening a good amount. I recommend not playing helldivers 2 on deck, happened to my buddy after looking it up and seeing countless others have the same issues I deleted it.
That doesn’t make a lot of sense. Generally the only way a game could have a chance to brick a computer would be if it either had access to delete critical system files or if it ran something at the kernel level (like some anti-cheats).
If it’s the latter, it might corrupt a Windows install or maybe even damage the hardware though that’s less likely.
Either way it shouldn’t brick a Deck since the anti-cheat will run in Proton, entirely in user space.
