I am currently playing VR boxing games as an exercise substitute. I'm also occasionally playing games like Beat Saber, Until You Fall, Pistol Whip, OhShape, SynthRiders and Ragnarock to switch things up a little bit

I'm reaching a point where this exercise is becoming less demanding and I'm looking for ways to up the ante without damaging my body.
I'm looking at buying wrist weights that are anchored to the user's thumb for stability or weighted gloves.
Wrist weights would probably be easier to use with VR controllers but that's not that important. I'm cautious because I'm not sure if it'd be better for the weight to be on the wrist or the hand for this kind of exercise.

pitprok: I checked the articles but they seem to be focused on cases where a lot of weight is added. I'm thinking of adding 0.5kg, which is the minimum weight. Also in one link in that post I read that weighted gloves have better weight distribution and are similar to using dumbbells.

Tim_Buckrue: Yeah I think gloves would be better than wrist weights but don't quote me on that because I am not a doctor lol
