Usually rich people live forever because they can afford the best food, preventive treatments, medical, etc. But even will all that stuff, Charles looks like he's gonna turn to dust any day now, like at the end of Infinity war

Charles has previously lobbied the UK government to decrease funding to known functional treatments in favour of alternative treatments with no scientific backing. I believe he's actually put his money where his mouth is and is sticking to the crackpot treatments for himself so I don't believe he'll have rich people immunity at all. The man is likely going to Steve Jobs his way into the afterlife.

Steve Jobs' cancer was discovered in 2003. He could have had a surgery immediately to remove it. However, he refused surgery, in favor of alternative options like acupuncture, dietary supplements, and juices. By the time he started medical treatment it was too late and he ended up dying in 2011.
