Here is a photo of Cedar, the Eastern Screech Owl we got to hold. Looks like cropping the pic got it past the Cloudflare error I've been getting.
It was even lighter than I imagined, but you could still feel his grip through the thick leather glove.

Very cool. He looks tiny in that second pic!
It was about soda can size, and felt like an empty can. You almost literally can't feel the body weight. The glove feels a few times heavier than the owl.
