Not necessarily. Content could be related to philosophy, history, economics, art, literature, or other fields of discourse.
So why call it “left” if not political. Leave that out.

Because it is. I think @redpen is trying to say that individual posts/videos may not be explicitly political, but the BreadTube community as a whole definitely is. Kinda the whole point is to take a leftist lens to whatever topic of discussion. There's not necessarily anything wrong with being political, but there's not much sense in downplaying it IMO.
