I make my own from scratch using herbs and spices and other ingredients
it's a long list of spices too
Respect, laksa is one of those dishes I can never be bothered to make on my own, same with proper ramen
I cheat by using a tube of lemon grass paste and a chicken stock cube. Can't be bothered grinding lemon grass stalks and making chicken stock is tedious. The rest is just a teaspoon of this and a tbsp of that
I wasn’t aiming the comment at you specifically – just throwing it out there because laksa was mentioned. Good on you for doing it the hard way, though. Always more satisfying.
