There's some conspiracy theory that something has happened to Kate Middleton because she had abdominal surgery earlier this year and hasn't been seen in public for a little while, and a poorly photoshopped image of her with her kids was recently shared.

My guess is that she had a hysterectomy and has been recovering, but people are getting wild with the conspiracy theories.

That's not even a good conspiracy theory. That sounds like a bunch of amateur crap. They need to step their game up. We have people believing JFK is coming back to claim the presidency.
