Recently, I was able to experience how much more difficult it is to train when you work a manual labor job.
Before my current job, I had sit-down call center jobs for the past 7+ years since before I made exercising a lifestyle. There is a major difference in my endurance, strength, and muscle tone. I've decided to keep looking for a different job.
On one hand, I would love to have a job where I'm more active. But on the other hand, I don't want a manual labor job that's going to break my body or impact my training. It would be nice to have the best of both worlds.
