My sleep cycle is very fucked up, so I often stay up all night and day to reset it.
I also kind of used it to get off the cigarettes... it's caffeinated and I won't be able to sleep, but also yolo ๐คทโโ๏ธ๐
I do that, too. Coffee doesn't stop me from sleeping, though.
My favourite type of nap is the coffee-overdose nap. Usually happens after the 8th or 9th mug, the tired takes over, conk out for a few hours, and wake up in a confused daze. ๐๐
