Replacement for r/steamdeck_linux.
As Lemmy doesn't have flairs yet, you can use these prefixes to indicate what type of post you have made, eg:
[Flair] My post title
The following is a list of suggested flairs:
[Discussion] - General discussion.
[Help] - A request for help or support.
[News] - News about the deck.
[PSA] - Sharing important information.
[Game] - News / info about a game on the deck.
[Update] - An update to a previous post.
[Meta] - Discussion about this community.
Some more Steam Deck specific flairs:
[Boot Screen] - Custom boot screens/videos.
[Selling] - If you are selling your deck.
These are not enforced, but they are encouraged.
Rules:
- Follow the rules of Sopuli
- Posts must be related to the Steam Deck in an obvious way.
- No piracy, there are other communities for that.
- Discussion of emulators are allowed, but no discussion on how to illegally acquire ROMs.
- This is a place of civil discussion, no trolling.
- Have fun.

If the extra charger that covers with the official dock doesn't work to you (fair enough since you mention that portability is key) I backed the jsaux case on Kickstarter and am quite happy with us: https://jsaux.com/products/omnicase-2-storage-docking-station?variant=43986713772252
I got the pro version, but there's no reason that you can't get the standard one and it came with a nice little travel pouch, but I don't know if that covers with the ices you buy directly.
Seeing that I can use any other charger that is 45W then I don't need the one of valves. I just can not justify the €90 just for valve support and a charger. Is good to have firmware updates, but I don't need that. If the product works and is half the price and can be moved from place to place quickly then I'm good.
