Porn hosting on Lemmy is insanely risky. If someone posts illegal content to your server you are held liable due to hit being hosted on your machine.

Plus, afaik, most of the CSAM attacks have been on the bigger (i.e. non-porn) instances.

jurisdictions vary. in the us you just have to make an effort to remove it if you're aware.
