Went to a gig last night and it seems that young pomms are back in droves (you can tell by the accents and number of fades). Was packed. Normally the place is empty on a thurs.
Extremely popular music in the UK (drum and bass) but the scene here has sort of been struggling after the rona (for the smaller gigs). Hopefully it gives promoters a bit more confidence throwing smaller cheaper gigs and difference is made up with drink sales.
Also $15 a pint is ouch.
Where can I find more info about dnb gigs in Melbourne? I honestly have no idea.
For me it's normally on fb.
There's one at section 8 on Sunday :)
