Warhammer 40k

60 users here now

A community dedicated to the universe of Warhammer 40k, a tabletop setting in the far, distant future.

This is a general community for 40k miniatures, art, lore discussion, and gameplay discussion.

Rules

  1. Keep it civil.
  2. No memeposts/shitposts. Memes are great but direct them to grimdank.
  3. Please mark any posts containing realistic nudity or realistic excessive gore/violence as NSFW; this rule mainly applies to cosplay and realistic drawings rather than miniatures. Being that 40k is inherently violent, this is a judgement call, and mods may occasionally request posters add tags.
  4. No political or social cause agenda pushing.

It's a shame about the model being finecast (failcast, lol) but I think he came out alright!

The image apparently rotated itself, even though it is right side up on desktop; is that fixable? I can't see any tools to rotate the image other than re-uploading it; and that doesn't fix it 😅

You can try loading it to Imgur or another image site and directly pasting the url of the image. It will still show as an image & thumbnail here.

That’s what I mostly do.

If you don’t want to do that and insist on a direct upload, it may be a metadata issue. Try opening your image in a paint program, rescaling it by a few percent and saving as a new image and uploading that.

Alright thanks, I'll try that for the next one! I have an imgur account so that should be no issue :)
